All coaching services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the start date.
Cancellations are not permitted during this initial 3-month period.
After the initial 3 months:
This notice period allows time to replace the coaching position.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in an additional charge.
Due to the nature of coaching and digital services:
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Results vary between individuals and depend on effort, adherence, lifestyle, and genetics.
We do not guarantee fat loss, muscle gain, or specific outcomes.
All programmes, documents, videos, and materials remain the intellectual property of Tommy Bastin Coaching.
You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any content without written permission.
All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to publicly share private communications or proprietary materials.
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:

All coaching services are subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months from the official start date of coaching.
Following the completion of the minimum 3-month term:
Failure to provide the required notice may result in an additional charge.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Refund requests may only be raised after completion of the initial 3-month minimum term and only if all conditions below are met in full.
Partial compliance or incomplete evidence will result in the refund request being declined.
To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide clear, dated, and verifiable evidence proving that the coaching plan has been followed correctly from day one.
This includes, without exception:
All evidence submitted must:
Disorganised, incomplete, retrospective, or inconsistent logging will not be accepted.
If — and only if — the evidence clearly demonstrates that:
a) The plan has been followed correctly and consistently
b) All compliance thresholds have been met
c) We have not achieved the goals agreed during the onboarding process within the stated timeframe, and
d) There has been no measurable progress aligned with those goals
then a refund request may be approved.
The final decision rests solely with Tommy Bastin Coaching
If a refund is approved:
This goodwill extension is discretionary and does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.
Refunds will not be granted for:
All refund decisions are final.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
